GCC Kuttyalam (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the GCC Kuttyalam mobile application (the “App”).

- Account info: If you sign in (e.g., with Firebase Authentication), we may collect your name, email, and a unique user ID.
- Membership data: Your membership name and payment records (month-by-month totals) you or admins add in the App.
- Device & diagnostics: Basic event logs that help improve stability (via Google/Firebase services).
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use third-party advertising SDKs.
How we use data
- To show your membership and payments correctly.
- To administer membership periods (join/exit) and totals.
- To secure the App and improve performance and reliability.
Data storage & sharing
- We use Google Firebase (Authentication & Cloud Firestore) to store and process data.
- Data is stored on Google servers and protected by Google’s security practices.
- We may share data when required by law or to protect our rights.
Data retention
We keep data for as long as your account is active or as needed for community recordkeeping. You can request deletion or correction (see Contact).
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, including Firebase security rules, to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
